Exploitation in the entertainment industry
The bears are torn out from their natural habitat to be demonstrated into circuses, zoos and also in shopping malls. Living conditions in such places don't match to moral and phisical needs of the animals, as well as it forms distorted understanding of the observers about relationships with the bears and about what their real lives must look like.

In 2009 Wildlife SOS stopped the practice of exploiting "dancing bears" in India. Thanks to international resonance and to acceptance of the amendments to the legislations, many countries have already banned the exploitation of wild animals into entertainment industry.
Also there is dangerous practice of cooking the soup made of bears' paws, common for Asian cookery.
In calligraphy and painting are used the brushes made of bears. And bears' canine teeth traditionally were taken for polishing in gilding and russian lacquer miniature.
During lots of centuries bear bile was being used in traditional Asian medicine, and at 1980s in Korea it became the business of industrial scale. Bear cubs are placed inside tight cages without floor, without ability to move. This abusing method has allowed to get the bile through the catheters slowly and permanently. In such a poor condition the bears spend the whole of their lives. Animals Asia rescues these bears throughout China and Vietnam. In both countries it's counted around a dozen of thousands bears, suffering at bile farms.
Exploitation in art, medicine and cooking
The poaching is one of the dangers of bears' lives and well-being. The market is presented by not only restaurants, artists or healers. The bears are killed for hunting trophy, the stuffed animals and skins of the bears are still placed into living and common rooms.
Baiting by dogs
The baiting by dogs is one more abusing barbaric practice, that hasn't gone to the Past yet. In Russia this "service" is provided by private stations. In particular, ex-circus bears are brought to these terrible places. The bears can't defend themselves, they are tied up with chain, their claws and tooth are removed.
Conflicts between people and bears
On the areas, where bears and people live close to each other, the conflicts are arisen because of breaking borders and appearance of the bears in villagers' kitchen gardens and plantations. One more reason of the conflicts is largescale deforestation, for example in India. In these cases, living in Kashmir moon bears are burnt alive or beaten to the death.
Besides a human factor, being expressed in poaching and extracting oil, global warming and melting ices are also a serious danger into lives of polar bears. This process forms new unwonted habitats for the bears.
